И именно при проектировании загородного дома, а, еще лучше, начав с выбора участка, мы можем в полной мере эффективно применить все то, чему учились. Строительство дома в соответствии с этими принципами – интересная, но вместе с тем и сложная задача, особенно для начинающих консультантов. Зачастую, практикующему не хватает не знаний, а системы – с чего начать, что важнее, чем можно пренебречь, как увязать воедино требования к пространству и особенности тех людей, что будут жить в доме.

Название курса говорит само за себя. Начав с нуля – с выбора и анализа земельного участка, слушатели курса шаг за шагом изучат правила и нюансы проектирования и постройки частного загородного дома, а также основные принципы организации пространства вокруг него.

Для анализа выбрана методолгия Сан Цай, для более полного понимания потребностей жильцов и оригинального характера участка на трех уровнях – неба, земли и человека. Именно с помощью этой методологии мы сможем систематизировать необходимые для постройки дома знания.

При проектировании будут использоваться 30 правил для домов ян (будут рассмотрены подробно), бачжай, летящие звезды, водные формулы, сюанькун дагуа фэн шуй. Мы также затронем такие темы как выбор участка, основные принципы проектирования коттеджных поселков и некоторые другие.

In economic terms, business is the social science of managing people, to organize and to maintain a collective productivity towards accomplishing some particular commercial goals creatively, usually to generate a profit to maintain survival. So the main aim of Business Feng Shui is to assist these two goals for our clients using the art and science of Feng Shui to improve profit and productivity.

There are many types of Business Feng Shui, they included Retail, Hotels and Recreations, Manufacturing and Commercial, etc. This advanced workshop is mainly concerned with commercial offices; the following is a summary or a checklist for analysis one needs to carry out with a commercial audit of administrative and professional offices. They can be broadly grouped into three main headings of Heaven Qi, Human Qi and Earth Qi.

Being Feng Shui Architects working on the cold-face of business Feng Shui for over 30 years, we have developed a systematic way of tackling a commercial situation and we called this methodology “The San Cai Methodology for Analysis and Design” which we hope to impart onto the participants so they can use this effective tool in solving their clients problems in the future. This course is suitable for anyone who has some knowledge of Feng Shui and would like to further his or her education and profession business Feng Shui, especially in office premises. 

 
An overview of office Feng Shu under 3 main headings:
 
Heaven Qi
 
1) Physical – Sunlight and shade,
                     - Weather pattern affecting the site,
                            - Aspects and Prospects (views and atmosphere).
2) Psychological – Motivation for business,
- Vision Statement.
3) Temporal – History of the business (time factor)
- Passed down tradition and image of business.
4) Feng Shui Liqi calculations, eg: Flying Stars analysis for the building and
    Bazhai analysis for individuals.
 
Human Qi
 
1) Types of business - Sole proprietor,
-       Partnership,
-       Private Limited Company,
-       Public Limited Company (Corporation)
-       Government.
2) The decision making process – Who? How? Where?
3) Business Organization/Structure – There is a general and a specific
    business structure, by knowing how an office is organized we can
    compare it with the physical Earth Qi to see if they support each other.
4) The type of office space required;
-       Offices
-       Workstations (cubes)
-       Caves and Common area
-       War Rooms or specialized space.
 
Earth Qi

1)    Macro scale study
2)    Micro scale study
3)    Neighbourhood study
4)    External appearance
5)    Building Shape and location of lift cores.
6)    Entrance
7)    Floor shape and circulation integration
8)    Doors and passage ways - Qi Flow and containment
9)    Visibility of an office – external and internal
10)  Interior space, including the following:

I just finished five days of teaching business Feng Shui here with a great bunch of students, this is the first time I am in Russia and it took me by surprise how well-learned the students are with Feng Shui and how nice this city is. I will definitely want to come back next year and hope I can visit the Hermitage next time (closed tomorrow on Monday).
